Accommodation for professionals

In order to address the high demand for accommodation during the Mostra, and given the limited hotel capacity in the city, Mostra Igualada has reached an agreement with the nearest hotels to directly manage accommodation requests during the days of the fair. Additionally, this year we are once again offering the possibility for families in Igualada and the surrounding area to provide available rooms to companies and professionals attending the Mostra.
Please note that Mostra Igualada does not cover accommodation expenses or provide allowances for accredited professionals.

Procedure

Once the form is received, Mostra will assign accommodation to the programming entity based on preference, availability, and entity profile.

Once the assignment is made, you will receive a proforma invoice from the hotel, which must be paid by bank transfer or card at the establishment within a maximum period of seven days from reception. If the amount is not paid after seven days, the reservation will be released and offered to another professional.

In case there are no available rooms in any of the chosen options, we will contact you to try to find a solution.

Mostra will provide free transportation for professionals staying at Hotel Bruc and Hotel Molí Nou, covering the journey between the hotel and Igualada.
