'A pie' is a sound installation –produced by Temporada Alta, IVC Cultura / EACC y la Diputació de Castelló–, inhabited by music, mechatronics, drawing, theatre and sound. From an extraordinarily large brain, full of automated drawers, through sound, word, phrase, woven with sound, they will try to show and dialogue with the spectators (child and adult) about a life experience as strong as motherhood. The dramaturgy of this project has been created by groups of migrants and anonymous people.
'A pie' proposes to the audience the possibility to rediscover the scenic experience.
José Antonio Portillo is a school teacher who eventually walked through other territories: creation of narrative spaces, author and theatre director of his own projects, inventor of objects and books to narrate knowledge and experiences. With an eclectic background, he became known with 'Biblioteca de cuerdas y nudos'. His particular vision of the childhood and his pedagogy-related projects led him to participate in Percursos: European Artistic Project for um Público Jovem.
