The Public System of Performing and Musical Equipment (SPEEM) is a network of theatres and auditoriums throughout the territory created with the aim of consolidating cultural activity in Catalan municipalities and distributing it homogeneously, in order to guarantee the right of citizenship to access culture on equal terms.
