A gathering with friends to make breakfast. Are you in the mood for… A cake? A sandwich? How about making cookies? Either way, we'll get our hands dirty and go into action, and I’m sure if we do it together, we can make really good bread.
We embark on a journey of teamwork and solidarity where the flour, the dough, and the bread take shape to make us enjoy this visual and sensorial experience.
The company was founded in 2019. Their first family show ‘La favera màgica’ has been performed over the past four seasons. Following the success of this initial piece, Escenari Brossa proposed that they create their second production with the interpretative and musical accompaniment of David Flores Pradillas: ‘BROSS∀ és BROSSA’. Subsequently, they were awarded the Dau the Dau al Sec Prize for their work on the ‘Glassmur’ project, transforming the spectator into a voyeur who watches the play through a window.
They premiered the play ‘Perla’ in Mallorca, featuring Francesca Vadell and Mariantònia Salas, a story about women, grandmothers, and the pearl factory of Manacor. Concurrently, they participated in the educational project La Caixa del Lliure, a proposal by Teatre Lliure within the Pla de Barris program of the City Council and the Education Consortium of Barcelona. With this same project, Teatre Lliure proposed that they create a performance, resulting in ‘Un tros de pa’, a visual piece with live music for the youngest audiences.
